It can be hard to pull off a surprise in a smaller office, especially when you are writing chain e-mails and trying to hide gifts… but we did it! We pulled off a surprise for Boss’s Day! The Partners are constantly hard at work with their individual teams, and within the company as a whole, so we wanted to recognize and give back to them! The entire office put together gifts for the four of them, which was a little challenging. What do you get four people who already have everything? In the end, it was not about what we gave them. It was about recognizing the four people that make it happen. The four people who mentor, support & encourage us to go beyond our potential not just in our roles, but as people.
