USGBC recently approved the certification for Ogilvie Hardware Lofts in the LEED for Homes Mid-Rise program. Provident Realty Advisors received a Tax Credit Award to begin the project and the apartments leased up within the first 2 months of opening. There is now a waiting list to join this community.
