Dolce Vita at Cibolo Canyon is a 150-unit independent senior living development located in Cibolo Canyon, a picturesque master planned community northeast of San Antonio known for its sweeping vistas and tranquil charm.

The project is situated on a sloped site characterized by native landscape and limited infrastructure, requiring extensive grading, excavation through rock subsurface, and reconfiguration of an adjacent stormwater system. Additional site challenges included the need to connect to an undersized existing sanitary sewer and the integration of an internal looped fire lane to meet fire department coverage requirements.

The building is organized around a central clubhouse and leasing center at the first floor. Interior common spaces include a great room, activity room, library, business center, cyber lounge, and a mail lounge. These areas support informal interaction and provide daily-use services for residents. Circulation spaces feature wide corridors to promote accessibility and ease of movement.

Outdoor amenities include a pool with lap lanes, open and shaded seating areas, landscaped courtyards, and a dog park with separate areas for large and small dogs. The overall layout is designed to balance privacy with shared community functions.
