We are all feeling a little extra full on this ‘Fat Tuesday’! The HEDK Booster Committee had food catered and made it a potluck – the more food, the better! Lunch included mini blackened shrimp guacamole tostadas, blackened catfish, Cajun shrimp over smoked gouda grits, salad, biscuits, king cake, themed cake pops & plenty more! We also had a Mardi Gras-themed scratch-off bingo card and the winner received a $25 gift card! It is always a good time to bring everyone together!
