Developed by Pegasus Ablon, the community was designed in accordance with Planned Development (PD) zoning requirements that called for Mediterranean architecture. The exterior blends burnished block, stone, brick, stucco, and classic barrel tile roofing to create a rich and enduring material palette.
The five-story structure wraps around a secure parking garage and contains one- and two-bedroom residences. Due to the site’s natural topography, first-floor units enjoy varied ceiling heights ranging from 9 to 14 feet, turning a site challenge into a desired interior feature.
Outdoor spaces feature a resort-style pool courtyard and two landscaped courtyards oriented toward the lake to maximize views and natural light.
