Co/Op Maple is a boutique residential development located in Dallas’ Medical District, positioned between Love Field Airport and the vibrant Oak Lawn neighborhood. Designed for young, stylish professionals of mixed income levels, the project offers a walkable, amenity-rich lifestyle near major employment centers, dining, retail, and green spaces.
The project is developed under the city of Dallas’s Mixed Housing Development Bonuses, whose requirements emphasize pedestrian activity, visual transparency, open space, and compatibility with Dallas’ Complete Streets initiative. The modern infill approach includes two four-story podium buildings, each with ground-level parking and three levels of studio and one-bedroom apartments above. Positioned on opposite corners, the U-shaped buildings mirror and complement each other, connected visually by a ribbon of light brick that guides the eye across the street.
Architecture is sleek and contemporary, featuring rectilinear forms, neutral-toned brick, decorative tile, metal awnings, and large windows that bring depth and rhythm to the façades.
Interiors feature open-concept layouts, smart entry systems, and kitchen islands. Thanks to the Urban Form Setback, many units on the top floor have extra deep and wide patios offering views of downtown Dallas.
