The buildings are positioned toward the front of the site to establish a defined street presence and create a more engaging arrival experience. The site's distinctive triangular form informed the overall planning of the community, creating a series of smaller green spaces where building forms and site geometry intersect. These spaces include a centrally located pool courtyard that serves as the heart of the community, as well as a dog park and gaming lawn. Resident amenities also include multiple lounges, a fitness center, and a pet spa, while apartments feature details such as mud benches, built-in desks, and wine refrigerators.
A refined composition of brick, varied exterior materials, and metal panels create depth and texture. The metal panels are used in multiple colors, emphasizing important corners and key architectural moments.
