Early collaboration across all design disciplines, property ownership, management, local officials, and long-time neighborhood residents ensured the character of the project aligned with Nashville’s historic architectural style. Our team partnered with 906 Studio Architects to refine the exterior design and integrate the buildings seamlessly into the neighborhood context. Collaboration among disciplines also allowed us to overcome the, significant challenges due to minimal topsoil and extensive solid granite throughout the site.
