Lenox Dentwood is the second phase of a larger master-planned multifamily community located near the Inwood/Love Field DART Station in Dallas. Developed for OHT Partners, the project builds on the success of Lenox Maplewood, continuing the vision for a cohesive, transit-oriented residential environment in one of the city’s most transit-linked areas.
The architectural language established in the first phase is carried forward at Dentwood, reinforcing continuity across the two sites. Building massing is configured to buffer residents from the adjacent DART rail line, with varied façades and residential units oriented toward internal streets and courtyards. Maximizing the use of a triangular site, one of the resulting courtyards is utilized as a generous dog park.
Dentwood includes its own leasing office and a dedicated amenity suite featuring a resident lounge with a party kitchen and a well-equipped fitness center. The pool courtyard at Dentwood is programmed for a more social and active atmosphere, while Maplewood’s courtyards are designed to support relaxation and wellness-focused use. This distinction offers residents a variety of experiences within the larger community.
Together with Lenox Maplewood, the project reflects a comprehensive approach to urban multifamily planning, integrating walkability, transit access, and phased development into a cohesive residential environment.
