Lenox Maplewood is the first phase of a master-planned multifamily community in the heart of Dallas. The second phase, Lenox Dentwood, followed shortly after. Developed for long-time collaborator OHT Partners, the two-phase project delivers a total of 563 residential units across two distinct yet complementary sites.
Situated directly across from the elevated Inwood/Love Field DART Station, the development embraces the principles of transit-oriented design, offering residents seamless connectivity to downtown Dallas and the broader Metroplex.
Lenox Maplewood centers on a four- and five-story structure around an interior parking garage with the building stepping down in scale towards neighboring single-family homes. A row of two-story townhomes further relates to the single-family homes and provides an active but pedestrian scale street edge.
Landscaped courtyards are spread throughout the community, each thoughtfully programmed to provide distinct experiences. Lenox Maplewood features two resort-style pools nestled within these outdoor spaces, as well as shaded cabanas, fire pit lounges, and generous pool decks. The entire site was designed to become a walkable neighborhood, with intuitive circulation, pedestrian-friendly pathways, and a sense of cohesion that ties the two phases together.
The clubhouse and leasing center anchor the community, serving as a hub for activity and connection. Inside, residents find a welcoming great room for gatherings, a business center with conference room and fitness center.
Lenox Maplewood exemplifies OHT’s and HEDK’s commitment to creating high-quality, experience-driven communities that respond to both the needs of residents and the character of the urban context.
