Neuhaus Lake Worth is a landmark project, setting a precedent as the first multi-family development ever approved in the City of Lake Worth. The city sought to support smart growth and increased density, so HEDK and Strategic Construction partnered with city leadership to educate, collaborate, and deliver a project that sets the standard for future developments.
The site’s 39-foot grade change was turned into a design opportunity through creative site planning. Tiered amenity courtyards and a raised pool pavilion provide elevated views and unique outdoor experiences that enhance both livability and value.
The garden-style buildings feature a “pod” layout with four units per floor clustered around a shared staircase. This approach reduces construction costs, improves circulation, and offers residents quicker access to their homes. The development utilizes only two building types, simplifying construction while still offering a full mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units to attract a diverse tenant base.
On-site amenities include a grab-and-go market, automated parcel lockers, and a state-of-the-art fitness center, creating a modern, amenity-rich community tailored to today’s market demands.
