One of more than half-dozen HEDK-designed buildings in Frisco Square, Remy continues the HEDK’s role in shaping the district’s architectural identity. Located near the Dallas North Tollway and surrounded by shops, restaurants, the Frisco Public Library, and Toyota Stadium and more, Remy occupies a lively, amenity-rich setting.

Navigating Frisco’s Form-Based Code and the Frisco Square Pattern Book posed both challenges and opportunities. Extensive collaboration with the Town Architect helped ensure alignment with the city’s long-term vision for the district.

The design was guided by the Pattern Book’s requirement to incorporate three distinct architectural styles, each rooted in regional history. The American Classical entry recalls the 1893 World’s Columbian Exposition and the buildings it inspired, with tripartite facades, giant-order columns, pediments, and a covered arcade. The Spanish Mission elevations introduce playful, asymmetrical stucco forms inspired by early Southwestern colonial buildings. The Warehouse facades honors Frisco’s rail heritage through brick detailing and repetitive windows.

Remy also boasts first-class amenities surrounding its two courtyards and the central oval plaza, including a sky lounge, 24-hour fitness center, pet spa, clubroom, game lounge, library, theater room, and more. Its blend of regionally inspired architecture and thoughtfully integrated amenities establishes Remy as a defining presence within Frisco Square.
