Skyline Trinity is a modern multifamily community located on the western edge of the Trinity River, offering stunning views of the Dallas skyline. Designed to maximize its unique setting, the building features a rooftop deck and strategically placed units that capture the one-of-a-kind panorama.
The structure wraps around two courtyards: a vibrant pool courtyard and a second open space facing the Trinity River. A centralized parking garage ensures convenient access to all units, which include a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms to suit a range of lifestyles. Despite a challenging utility easement running through the site, HEDK successfully divided the building into two connected volumes, linked by two elevated bridges. A contemporary design featuring fiber cement panels and creative paint strategies delivered a sleek, cost-effective solution that allowed the project to move forward amid a difficult financial market.
