Located in the heart of downtown Frisco, The Isaac is a mixed-use multifamily development that plays a key role in the city’s evolving urban core. Built within the vibrant Frisco Square district, it offers residents a lively, walkable neighborhood just steps from popular restaurants, and retail. Toyota Stadium, home to FC Dallas and the National Soccer Hall of Fame, is one block away.

Together with The Civic at Frisco Square, another HEDK-designed development, The Isaac helps define three edges of Simpson Plaza, with Frisco City Hall anchoring the fourth. This configuration reinforces the civic identity of the area and activates the surrounding public realm. Simpson Plaza serves as a year-round gathering space for festivals, markets, and community events.

The building wraps a five-story concrete parking garage and is partially built on a concrete podium that supports residential units above street-level retail. Due to the site’s topography, the project required multiple slab and grade transitions. Three distinct courtyards — a pool court, pet yard, and landscaped green — offer varied outdoor experiences for residents. Contemporary classic brick architecture ties the building into its urban surroundings, while interior amenities foster a comfortable, connected lifestyle.

The Isaac helps shape a sense of place in Frisco Square, strengthening the connection between public space, community, and everyday life.
