The development includes two buildings connected by enclosed sky bridges that span an existing alley, preserving the neighborhood’s street grid while improving internal circulation. Two internal courtyards, a pool court and a landscaped court, bring light into the residential blocks and provide outdoor spaces for residents. First-floor units have stoops that connect directly to the sidewalk, supporting a stronger connection between the building and the street.
Resident amenities include a leasing office, bike repair shop, pet spa, fitness center, clubroom, and indoor-outdoor lounge spaces. The rooftop Sky Lounge is a central feature of the project, offering skyline views and flexible space for social gatherings.
