Treehaus is a boutique-style luxury apartment community located in the heart of Dallas’ Bishop Arts District. Developed for the locally based Exxir Group, Treehaus sits beneath the canopy of a century-old oak tree and offers immediate walkability to the neighborhood’s shops, restaurants, and vibrant cultural scene.
Drawing inspiration from the work of Ray Eames and architect Tom Kundig, the design reflects a deep commitment to modernist principles: celebrating light, space, simplicity, and material honesty. This three-story, 34-unit community blends clean lines with warm natural materials to create an atmosphere of understated elegance and serenity.
Each one-bedroom residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, butcher block countertops, matte black fixtures, custom tile backsplashes, and Elfa shelving. The top floor includes loft units with double-height ceilings and expansive windows that frame the majestic oak tree at the heart of the development.
Treehaus is more than a place to live, it’s a thoughtfully crafted retreat that honors nature, design, and the soul of Bishop Arts.
