WLR Fitzroy is a contemporary multifamily development located in West Little Rock’s Chenal Valley, designed in collaboration with developer Huffman & Co. to reflect the area’s growing demand for high-quality, amenity-rich living. Situated just steps from The Promenade at Chenal, the project offers walkable access to retail and dining, while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding natural landscape.
HEDK approached the design with a focus on modern resort-style living, integrating lush landscaping, clean contemporary forms, and a layout that balances privacy with community. The architectural language draws from upscale resort aesthetics, incorporating warm materials and thoughtful detailing to create a cohesive, welcoming environment.
HEDK proposed and designed a unique amenity package tailored to promote both relaxation and productivity, including a 24-hour indoor golf simulator, co-working spaces, private conference rooms, a resort-style pool, pet park, dog spa, and a communal lounge. Interior units reflect the same level of design rigor, featuring 9-foot ceilings, stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, wood plank flooring, and NEST smart thermostats for a seamless, tech-forward living experience.
Designed to appeal to a broad demographic from young professionals to families, WLR Fitzroy offers a sophisticated residential option that enhances daily living without compromising the character of its Chenal Valley setting.
